ทดลองฟื้นฟูแบตเตอรี่เก่าให้ใช้ได้อีกครั้ง

     เริ่มแรกกลับไปถอดแบตเตอรี่ของมอไซร์ที่จอดทิ้งไว้นานเป็นเดือนเป็นปีมาวัดค่าแรงดันไฟดูก่อน วัดค่าแรงดันกระแสไฟ(โวลเทจ) ได้ประมาณ ๘ โวลต์ เลยลองชาร์จไฟดูด้วยเครื่องที่รุ่นน้องซื้อมา หลังจากชาร์จจนเครื่องหยุดทำงานแล้ว วัดค่าได้ ๑๒ โวลท์กว่าๆ แต่พอทิ้งไว้ไม่ถึงชั่วโมง อ้าววว ค่าแรงดันไฟกลับลดลงมาเท่าเดิมประมาณ ๘ โวลต์ เลยต้องลองทำสาวฟื้นฟูดู

first step

      Open the lid of the battery with a flat screwdriver to remove the lid. Then open the cap cover each cell(There are 6 cells). 

   

     Look inside See white sheet But no electrolyte solution. Try refill the distilled water flood the plate then charge again ( I did not have to close the cover).

     The charging is done to measure the voltage of about 12 volts,but...but, not enough time left to measure the voltage again. The voltage dropped to 2 volts more than we do, I do not mind. I have to refill the water and then recharge so I have to try the next step.


ขั้นแรก 
     เปิดฝาหม้อแบต ด้วยไขควงแบน แกะฝาออกได้แล้ว ก็แงะฝาจุกครอบแต่ละเซลล์ออก (มีทั้งหมด๖เซลล์) มองเข้าไปข้างใน เห็นแต่แผ่นธาตุสีขาว แต่ไม่มีน้ำยาอิเล็กโทรไลเลย เลยลองเอาน้ำกลั่นมาเติมใส่ ให้ท่วมแผ่นธาตุ แล้วทำการชาร์จอีกรอบ (ไม่ได้ปิดฝาครอบ) พอชาร์จเสร็จมาวัดค่าแรงดันไฟดู อึ่มๆ ได้ประมาณ ๑๒โวลต์ แต่...แต่ พอทิ้งไว้ไม่ถึงชัวโมง อ้าวๆ วัดแรงดันอีกครั้ง แรงดันไฟลดลงมาเหลือ ๒ โวท์ลกว่าๆ เฮ้ยเราทำไรผิดรึป่าวเนี่ย ไหนเค้าว่าเติมน้ำกลั่นแล้วชาร์จได้ อึ่มๆ งั้นต้องมาลองขั้นต่อไป

Second step
   I need to clean the battery and add a new electrolyte.Start from....
- Shake up - down several times, then invert the battery and pour the electrolyte discarded then mixing sulfuric acid 1 part with 1 part distilled water to do several rounds. Until the grime is gone.
- After shaking the battery until arm pain and then my battery out all the dirt. I have to add sulfuric acid. The specific gravity is 1250. Purely non-mixed.
- Charge without closing the cover.
- The result is that the voltage is 0 volts. What is wrong with the way who can tell me?

   ต้องล้างแบต แล้วเติมน้ำยาอิเล็กโทรไล ใหม่หละครับ เริ่มจาก
- เขย่าๆ ขึ้น-ลง ๆ หลายๆครั้บ แล้วคว่ำเทน้ำยาทิ้ง โดย ผสมน้ำกรดซัลฟิวลิก ๑ส่วน กับ น้ำกลั่น ๑ส่วน ต้องทำหลายๆรอบ จนกว่าเศษสิ่งสกปรกหมดไป
- หลังจากเขย่าคว่ำแบต จนแขนระบม หมดแล้ว เอ้ย เศษสิ่งสกปรกหมดแล้ว ก็ต้องเติมน้ำกรดซัลฟิวลิกขนาด ่ค่าความถ่วงจำเพาะอยู่ที่ ๑๒๕๐ ลงไปเพียวๆ แบบไม่ผสม  
- นำไปชาร์จโดยไม่ได้ปิดฝาครอบ 
- ผลที่ออกมา วัดค่าแรงดันไฟ ได้ ๐ โวลต์ อ๊ะ อะไรเนี่ย ผิดวิธีตรงไหนหนอ งง งง ใรช่วยบอกกระผมที
