Equipment :
1.
Standard Length Open End Wrench ; 10, 12, 14 mm.
2.
Angle Head Box Spline Wrench ; 12, 14, 17 mm.
3.
Socket ; 10, 12, 14, 17, 19 mm.
4.
Ratchet + Adapter + Locking Button
Extension ; 6 inch 2 each.
5.
Adj. Click Type Torque Wrench ; 168 inch-pounds and 1,212 inch-pounds.
6.
Flat Tip Screwdriver, Flat-nose pliers, Pick-up Tool, Rubber Head Mallet
7.
Sealling silicone, Wire brush, Toothbrush, Sandpaper, Engine Cleaner, Scissors,
Straps, Flashlight and Cheesecloth.
Procedures
1.
Clean the area to install.

Injected with Engine Cleaner and Using wire brush, toothbrush, sandpaper, flat
screwdriver
-
Wipe clean with a Cheesecloth.
Note ;
Be careful not to hit the Timing belt.
2.
Installation the new water pump and Timing belt tension spring.

Apply silicone to the new pump and mounting space.
-
Put the gasket at the new pump.
-
Installed with 6 mounting bolts and Torque 168 inch-pounds
-
Install the Timing Tension Spring with Timing belt hock using a flat
screwdriver.
3.
Install Timing Belt Cover and New gasket.

Install Gaskets to the belt cover
-
Install the belt cover with the 11 mounting bolts using the Socket 10 mm.
4.
Install Crankshaft Pulley.

Align the pulley set key with the key groove of the pulley.
-
Using a mallet, drive in the pulley.
-
Using the socket 19 mm. and torque 1,212 inch-pounds
5.
Install 4 Drive Belts.
5.1
Put A-belt (Size 12.5*835) between the Crankshaft pulley and the Power Steering
Pulley then adjust tension of A-belt.
5.2
Put 2 B-belts (Size 12.5*1050) between the Crankshaft pulley and the Alternator Pulley
and the Water Pump Pulley then adjust tension of 2 B-belts.
5.3
Put C-belt between the Crankshaft pulley and
the Air Comp. Pulley and the Adjuster Pulley then adjust tension of C-belt.
6.
Put a car radiator and radiator cover and fan simultaneously.

Install the fan with the four nuts.
